These terms explain the scope of Kingswell Editorial’s educational services, how a booking is agreed, and the responsibilities associated with this website and its learning materials. The enquiry form lets you send a question before agreeing to a program.
Website use and educational scope
Kingswell Editorial offers guided educational programs focused on information literacy, structured reasoning, knowledge organization, and clear explanation. You may use this website to understand the programs, read educational materials, inspect identified curriculum demonstrations, and organize a program enquiry.
Programs are general and non-certified. They do not provide accredited degrees, professional licensing, official examination services, legal advice, or regulated professional training. Participation does not confer a professional title, license, certification, academic credit, or eligibility to perform a regulated activity. Educational discussion should not be treated as advice tailored to a legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional decision.
Eligibility and suitability
The listed private online programs are intended for one adult learner aged 18 or older and are conducted in English. No formal qualification is required. You should have sufficient English comprehension to participate in discussion and use the learning materials. A program may be unsuitable if the request requires services outside our stated educational scope.
Tell us about relevant access requirements before a booking is confirmed. We can discuss the session format and whether a practical adjustment is possible. A request does not guarantee that every format, technology, topic, or accommodation can be provided. Any agreed arrangement should be recorded as part of the booking details.
Enquiries and formation of a booking
The website form sends your enquiry through Shopify’s contact-form service. A successful submission displays confirmation and a reference code, and Kingswell Editorial will contact you soon using the supplied email address. An enquiry itself does not reserve a place, create a contract for educational services, or take payment; those arrangements are agreed separately.
A booking is agreed separately after the relevant program, learner, session dates, delivery arrangements, price, payment terms, and any additional scope have been confirmed in writing. A general enquiry or displayed price does not guarantee a particular date. If a written booking contains an expressly agreed variation, that variation applies to the specified arrangement, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
Programs, duration, and listed prices
Source Navigation Workshops are listed at $225 for one 90-minute session. Argument Building Labs are listed at $325 for two 75-minute sessions. Complexity-to-Clarity Sessions are listed at $195 for one 90-minute session. Knowledge Architecture Classes are listed at $395 for three 60-minute sessions. Editorial Reasoning Workshops are listed at $295 for two 60-minute sessions.
Prices are in US dollars, per learner, for private online education. The listed price includes the advertised guided exercises, feedback during sessions, and program materials. Applicable taxes, if any, and separately requested work must be disclosed before you accept a booking. The website does not take payment. A price can be revised for future bookings without changing a price already agreed in writing.
Delivery and learner responsibilities
You are responsible for joining an agreed online session on time, using a reasonably suitable device and internet connection, and completing any preparation that was expressly agreed. Session details and the delivery method should be provided before the first meeting. We do not promise that a particular third-party platform will be available indefinitely.
Learning is participatory. Exercises ask you to compare material, explain choices, test assumptions, and revise your work. The value of a session depends partly on your participation and continued practice. We may adapt an exercise to the learner’s level while preserving the agreed educational scope. A program is not a promise to complete commercial work or assessed academic work for you.
Materials you bring to a session
Share only material you own, are licensed to use, or are otherwise entitled to provide for the proposed educational purpose. You remain responsible for checking any confidentiality obligations and the rights of other people. Do not provide sensitive personal information, unpublished confidential records, or third-party material whose use is restricted.
We may decline to use material that is inappropriate, exceeds the agreed scope, presents a confidentiality concern, or cannot reasonably be handled in the session. Neutral curriculum material can be used instead. Bringing a text to a session does not transfer ownership of it to Kingswell Editorial, and it does not authorize public use of your name, work, or feedback.
Educational materials and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, original frameworks, worksheets, written explanations, and website content are supplied for personal learning use. You may read them, make notes, and use a framework in your own independent learning. Program materials are provided to support the agreed learner’s practice.
Do not redistribute a complete paid learning pack, sell our original materials, remove attribution and represent the materials as your own, or use them to imply an official qualification. Requests for team-wide distribution, commercial reuse, or a separate teaching license should be discussed before use. Rights in third-party excerpts or sources remain with their respective owners.
Website conduct and technical availability
Use the website in a way that does not interfere with other visitors or the Shopify platform. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, submit malicious code, harvest private information, or use the website to impersonate another person. Include only information you are entitled to share in your enquiry.
We aim to keep the program information understandable and current. The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, platform interruptions, device limitations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. A temporary technical problem does not itself confirm or cancel a booking. For an existing booking, rely on the written arrangements and contact us directly if a change is needed.
Cancellations, changes, and complaints
The Cancellation and Complaints Policy sets out the advertised approach to session cancellations, rescheduling, unused fees, missed sessions, and concerns about delivery. It is part of the information supplied for a booking and should be read before you agree to a paid program.
A cancellation request may be sent through the website enquiry form or by email. Include the program, scheduled session, and any relevant booking reference. Provider cancellations should result in a suitable rescheduling option or a refund for the affected unused session. If a service concern cannot be resolved informally, you may make a complaint using the process in that policy. Nothing in our policies removes mandatory consumer rights.
Outcomes, limits, and responsibility
We do not guarantee a particular grade, publication, employment result, professional status, improvement score, or other external outcome. Curriculum demonstrations illustrate a process; they are not evidence that a particular learner achieved a result. Published feedback, when available, describes an individual experience rather than a guaranteed result for every participant.
Responsibility for applying a framework to your own decisions remains with you. Any allocation or limitation of responsibility is subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and they do not impose a blanket waiver of consumer, privacy, or other mandatory rights.
Records, changes, and interpretation
Booking correspondence records the agreed program and any specific changes. Please keep a copy of the written booking confirmation, your enquiry reference code, and relevant payment record. If a detail is unclear, seek clarification before the session or payment. An enquiry acknowledgement is separate from the written confirmation of a booking.
These terms may be updated for future website use and future bookings. The current date is shown above. A material change should not retrospectively alter an already agreed paid program without an appropriate agreement or legal basis. If part of the terms is unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent permitted by law. No special court jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration procedure is imposed by this website text.
